Pea Pesto

Refreshing mint, salty parmesan, and sweet peas meet to make the best chunky pesto around. Toss with pasta or serve under a piece of salmon. 

1 bag frozen peas

½ cup or more shaved Parmesan 

OO

Salt 

Pepper

Bunch fresh mint

Garlic clove

 

Thaw peas and mash. Hand blender the peas with the rest of the ingredients(salt  to taste). Chill. Serve!
